The Annual General Meeting was held from 8:00PM on the evening of Tuesday the 26th of July, 2016 at the CBBB band room. Numerous issues were discussed including the future of the band room in its current location in realation to the West Park Master Plan and the future Cradle Coast University relocation plan. A motion to raise the Annual Senoir Membership from $90 to $100, the Junior Membership from $60 to $70 and Instrument Hire from $10 to $20 was passed.
